Read this in a thread over at anime

In the first season, there are 52. That's what I've been told, and I've read on a few Japanese sites, including the TV Tokyo site, so..I trust that. They expect two or three seasons, so maybe in the area of 200-210 total episodes.

Not that i'm complaining about 200 episodes of Bleach (I wouldn't want it to drag on that much, it'll sort of ruin it, no?) but...WHAT?!
